 Hey everyone! Here is one of my latest OCs (original characters; all rights reserved) for one of my upcoming book projects! Her name is Zyla, the Pirate Queen. Daughter of the ruthless, legendary leader of the pirate gang - the Shadow Serpents - she inherits her father's firm, I said what I said, you wanna fuck with me attitude while also nurturing her mother's fair, empathetic side. She operates on a solid balance between these two mentalities, both understanding other people's perspectives, but maintaining a 'but this is the facts' persona, resulting in her being neither good nor bad, just willing to do whatever is necessary to do the job. She has a close relationship with the members of the Shadow Serpents, having grown up with them all her life and them helping raise her as they were all loyal and devoted to each other.  Hey! How are you going? I've created an aesthetic for my Witch OC, who's character art you can check out in previous posts. Her name is Qeturah and here is her aesthetic: I've also started rewriting my very first novel that I wrote when I was eleven years old, about a quarter of the way through the first chapter. I just need to do some research for one part and if I can't find the information I need, I will have to change the scene to something different, but that's all part of the fun of writing - never knowing what you'll end up doing, you're just as in the dark as your readers 😁😉 I'm also doing a podcast where I read out my short stories and poems, and will eventually read out my full-length novels! Hey everyone, sorry for the silence in posts, been a bit stressed due to making plans for stuff, and then complications arising in the plan and then having to cancel the plans for a later date, but it turned out to be God’s intervention that the plans failed cause I found out later that there was some stuff going on at the other end that would’ve gotten me in a lot of trouble had I been able to go when I really wanted to. Despite knowing that I was being protected, it still hurts like hell and I had to take some time away to sort through it and just…process everything and recover cause it was one of the biggest hurts I’ve ever experienced.  Finished the cover of a book I'm working on, called The Havsågud Cell , and will be releasing a picture of the cover in the next few days! The  Havsågud Cell is a science-fiction horror story that is still in the writing stage. A teenager called Lucy wakes up, trapped in a strange room, half-submerged in water...with a mermaid's tale and webbed hands. Terrified and confused, her supervisor is equally confused by the fact that Lucy seems to have no idea what is happening. It turns out that Lucy belongs to something called the Havsgurd Council and they've come to collect for something that could permanently change the mere concept of humanity.
